  • We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has a strong interest in secondhand clothing, fashion or styling! 

    • Confident & clear  in communication & customer service. 

    • Has basic computer skills, especially in the Google Suite (or willing to learn!)

    • Can work in a team, stay organised and take initiative. 

    • Is flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

    • Bonus Points: If you are multilingual, passionate about styling or comfortable in front of the camera. 

    • Past experience is not required, but always good to have! 

    Some of the daily tasks include: 

    Overseeing all store operations including:

    • Opening and closing procedures

    • Store cleanliness and organisation

    • Customer service: Fostering existing and creating new customer relationships and assisting in customer interactions with both buyers and consigners

    • The LOOOP curation & onboarding process for clothes: This includes curating, quality checks, hanging, tagging, labelling, steaming etc (bonus if you have basic mending skills)

    • Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products.

    • Explore collaboration possibilities with LOOOP – whether through mentorship of your creative interests, or providing a platform for you to showcase your work. 

    • Occasional team catch-ups, activities and check-ins! 

    Schedule:

    • 4-hour shifts and/or 8-hour shifts

    • 2 – 3 days a week

    • Block leaves available upon request, and approvals dependant on necessity

    • Weekend & public holiday availability is a must 

    Contract Period: Ideally a minimum 3.5 Months
