We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in the second-hand clothing market and appreciation for fashion

• Is confident and comfortable in engaging with customers and consigners

• Has basic computer skills, especially in the Google Suite

• Is organised and detail oriented

• Is energetic (we spend 4 to 8 hours a day on our feet!)

• Is a self-starter and a team player - we are BIG on taking initiative

• Shows sound judgement, diplomacy and an overall professional attitude

• Will contribute to a positive, dynamic and inclusive work environment

• Is flexible in terms of availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Bonus points: If you are multi-lingual in any language and/or passionate about styling!

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for overseeing all store operations including:

  • Opening and closing procedures

  • Store cleanliness and organisation

  • Customer service: Fostering existing and creating new customer relationships and assisting in customer interactions with both buyers and consigners

  • The LOOOP curation & onboarding process for clothes: This includes curating, quality checks, hanging, tagging, labelling, steaming etc (bonus if you have basic mending skills)

• Ensuring outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. This includes greeting, acknowledging and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products

• Performing any other related duties as directed by the Store Manager

Experience

Experience of retail is encouraged.

Contract Period: Ideally a minimum 3.5 Months
